We offer members:
- Variable rate home equity lines of credit
- Interest only home equity lines of credit
Access checks are available to enable members to make purchases easily by drawing down funds available on a home equity line of credit.
Members who prefer to use the equity in their home, but not desire to increase their monthly payments substantially, at the present time, may want to consider out interest only option.
- Fixed rate, fixed term home equity loans
Members who have a one-time need - and want to lock in today's low rates - may prefer our fixed rate, fixed term option. Terms range from three years to fifteen years.
Home equity loans are available to qualifying members for amounts up to 100% of their home's value.
