Benefits of having a checking account with CFCU

 ATM Convenience
ATM Card and Visa Check Card members who have a checking account with CFCU can use any ATM that is convenient for them, up to four times each month, without being charged a fee by Chatham Federal. After the first four withdrawals from an ATM not owned by us, members are only charged a fee of $1.50 each. Relationship Rewards Members1 may qualify for unlimited free withdrawals each month from ATMs not owned by us.

Qualify For Reduced Rate On Your Loans
All checking members are eligible for a 1/4% reduction in their loan rate* if they choose to have their payment deducted from their Chatham Federal Credit Union checking account. Relationship Rewards Members1 may qualify for an additional rate reduction of up to .50% each month on consumer loans2.

Avoid Paying Merchant Returned Check Fees
Members whose accounts are in good standing don't have to worry about being embarrassed by having a check returned to a merchant, due to an error in their checkbooks. Chatham Federal can now pay the check and notify you immediately so that you can correct your mistake- without embarrassment. You will also avoid paying substantial fees that may be charged by merchants for returned checks.

Avoid Paying Fees for Travelers Checks, Money Orders and Official Checks
Checking members who qualify for our Relationship Rewards1 Program are not charged a fee for travelers checks, money orders or official checks that they purchase.
